The Sweet Spot is a training aid that can attach to the top of a vault table, table trainer or vault board. It is a positive rebounding mechanism that enhances take off from the vaulting surface, allowing vaulters more air time to perfect technique.
It is a forgiving take-off which helps reduce overuse stress on joints and musculature. A bouncier substitute for traditional sting mats, the Sweet Spot’s small size makes it easy to use around the gym enhancing stations already set up in your gym.
